Portfolio Enablement – Herbicides (Cereals), Roots & Horticulture
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and commercially minded professional to join our team as Portfolio Enablement – Herbicides (Cereals), Roots & Horticulture.
This strategic role sits at the heart of portfolio management, innovation and commercial readiness, acting as the key link between regional portfolio direction, country business needs and future market opportunities.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our portfolio priorities are translated into clear objectives, actionable enablement plans and commercially ready solutions that support sustainable business growth.
Working closely with cross-functional teams across Marketing, Agronomy, Demand Generation Operations, Customer Facing Squads and regional portfolio teams, you will help shape the future of our crop protection, service and digital solutions portfolio.
What You'll Do
- Develop long-term portfolio and crop marketing strategies aligned to market opportunities and business objectives.
- Translate regional portfolio priorities into clear country-level plans and commercial actions.
- Analyse market trends, customer insights and portfolio performance to inform strategic decision-making.
- Drive product positioning, launch readiness, lifecycle management and pricing strategies.
- Partner with Demand Generation Operations, Customer Facing Squads and Agronomy teams to deliver portfolio growth.
- Lead cross-functional enablement activities across commercial, regulatory, supply chain and regional teams.
- Identify innovation opportunities and feed customer and market insights into future portfolio planning.
- What You'll Bring
- Experience in portfolio management, product management, crop marketing or strategic marketing.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience developing long-term business strategies.
- Ability to translate market insights and data into actionable business plans.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
- Strong project management experience and the ability to work across cross-functional teams.
- Agricultural, agronomy, crop protection or related industry knowledge is highly desirable.
- Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Business, Marketing, Science or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

- Salary you can expect: £68K - £85K pa depending on experience and Company car
