We’re looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to join our UK & Ireland team, playing a key role in delivering impactful brand strategies and activation plans across a dynamic FMCG portfolio.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and rollout of brand plans aligned to business goals
  • Deliver engaging marketing campaigns across digital, retail, and media channels
  • Own content creation and ensure a strong, consistent brand presence online
  • Drive and optimise digital marketing campaigns for performance and reach
  • Monitor brand performance, track KPIs, and support budget management
  • Collaborate with commercial teams and retail partners to bring initiatives to market
  • Analyse market trends and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities

You’ll work closely with:

  • Sales, Category & Insights, and Commercial Strategy teams
  • Global brand and innovation teams
  • External agencies (media, creative, research)
  • Retail customers and key industry stakeholders

Who you are:

  • Background in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Experience or exposure within FMCG, Consumer Health, or a fast-moving commercial environment
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and media channels
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt quickly
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical thinking with attention to detail
  • Comfortable working across multiple projects in a dynamic setting
