Bayer Consumer Health UK is seeking an enthusiastic Medical Affairs Manager to join our innovative Medical Home team. In this role, you'll be at the heart of scientific and medical strategy, guiding our commercial organization with your expertise and ensuring we remain aligned with our Consumer Health division goals. You'll collaborate with talented colleagues across the Medical Home, driving medical strategy execution and representing Medical Affairs in category brand teams. Purpose
The Medical Affairs Manager will advise the local commercial organization on scientific/medical topics related to the medical strategy and compliance in the therapeutic and healthcare brands aligned with our Consumer Health division strategy. Collaborate with other members of the Medical Home to ensure medical strategy execution in the market. Represent Medical Affairs in category brand teams. Generate and substantiate scientific data/claims/news and communicate to HCPs, patients/consumers and internal customers (e.g. marketing, sales, HCP marketing, communications). Represent Bayer CH within the local scientific community, contact and manage Thought Leaders for therapeutic areas in scope. Foster learning scientific environment with commercial colleagues and act as trainer when needed. Provide medical expert statements for local regulatory, legal and communication purposes.

Skills & Qualifications
- Medical or Life Science Degree
- Experience in the Consumer Health industry (previous work in Medical Affairs and/or clinical research and development is desired)
- Knowledge of local UK Consumer Health market
- Good understanding of the local UK regulatory environment
- Strong fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Creative and innovative mindset
- Strong, collaborative, and flexible team player
- Proactiveness in your area of responsibility to create value with Bayer’s customers and consumers

Compensation and Benefits
Salary: £65,000 – £80,000 pa depending on experience. Salary reviews take place annually in April. Competitive compensation package consisting of an attractive base salary and annual company bonus.
