The Utilization Coordinator (Homecare) Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinates utilization appropriateness and admission documentation completeness.
- Communicates to and educates staff regarding utilization and paperwork issues.
- One UR will be responsible for a minimum of 100 Medicare Admissions per month.
Position Details:
- Location: Hybrid - Largo, FL
- Status: PRN, As Needed
- Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Weekend requirement: Occasional
- On Call: No
Certifications And Licensures:
- Required RN License – Florida
- Preferred Case Management Certification
Education:
- Required associate’s degree in nursing or nursing diploma
Experience:
- Required One Year Case Management
- Required One Year Homecare
