BayCare is currently in search of our newest Urgent Care Rep who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community. BayCare’s top priority is the health and well-being of our communities as Tampa Bay\’s leading multi-specialty group with more than 600 providers practicing 45 specialties in over 175 outpatient locations throughout the Tampa Bay and west central Florida regions.
Position Details
- Location: Clearwater, FL (Countryside)
- Status: Full Time (non-exempt)
- Twelve (12) hour shift 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday (or until the last patient leaves) with two days on, then two days off rotation.
- This will include every other weekend (Weekend Differential may apply)

The Urgent Care Rep Is Responsible For
- Responsible for supporting the urgent care operation by obtaining accurate patient and client information
- Completing accurate and timely registrations
- Collecting and posting charges and payments
- Working in multiple systems simultaneously
- Answering patient and client questions
- Distributing information to patients and clients including medical record
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Required
Education:
- High School or Equivalent
Experience
- Required 6 months of healthcare
- Or 6 months of Customer Service
