Summary: The Registrar II may be responsible for registration, customer service, insurance verification, financial counseling, scheduling, bed control, cashiering, or reception. Proficiency in at least four of these modalities (including registration) is required. Additional modalities may qualify for career advancement. The role may require rotating shifts and taking call duties. Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 6 months of experience in Admitting and related areas, OR
  • 6 months of experience with BayCare, OR
  • 2 years of registration experience.

Education: High School diploma or equivalent (GED).

Facility and Location: BayCare Health System, PFS Central ER Registration-HSS at BayCare Central Billing Office.

Employment Details:

  • Full-Time, Non-Exempt
  • Shift: Sunday – Wednesday, 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (Shift 3)
  • Weekend work required
  • No on-call duties
  • Remote work: Always
