Role Overview

As a Registered Nurse – Medical Group, you will provide patient-centered care in an outpatient setting, supporting physicians and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing direct patient care using the nursing process and established clinical protocols
  • Supporting physicians and the care team in delivering outpatient medical services
  • Delegating appropriate patient care activities to other members of the healthcare team
  • Promoting quality, safety, and patient-centered care standards
  • Maintaining accurate patient documentation and ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education

  • Technical degree in Nursing OR Associate’s degree in Nursing
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred)

Experience

  • Required: One year of nursing experience
  • Preferred: One year of medical office experience

Licensure / Certification

  • Current State of Florida Registered Nurse (RN) License
