Position Details

  • Facility: Bardmoor Outpatient and Surgery
  • Location: Largo, FL
  • Status: Full Time
  • Shift Hours: 6:00am-3:30pm
  • Weekend Work: Every 3rd
  • On Call: No

Responsibilities

  • Collecting, receiving and processing of inpatient and outpatient specimens for testing
  • Communications with nursing regarding patient specimens
  • Referring specimens to outside laboratories
  • Interaction with physicians, clients and staff regarding referral lab tests
  • Performance of phlebotomy procedures
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Education Required: High School or equivalent

Credentials: Driver's License Credential Equivalent

Experience Preferred: Phlebotomy
