Shift Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Weekend Work: Occasional
On Call: Yes
Home visits in assigned service area: Largo, St. Petersburg, Pinellas Park and surrounding areas assigned by zip code.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the activities of the multi-disciplinary team that provides care to the patient
- Monitor the provision of therapeutic services through written and verbal communication with all disciplines
- Ensure that all visits scheduled and provided are authorized and covered by physician orders
- Review of patient visits weekly and providing plan to Patient Care Supervisor and team assistant, including anticipated weekend visits
- Inform the scheduler of any schedule changes and communicates caseload and patient care issues to Home Care Supervisor
Home Health RN Requirements
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- RN (Registered Nurse) License
- Driver\’s License State of Florida (Florida driver\’s license is required within 30 days of hire)
- Required Associate\’s or Diploma Nursing
- Required 1-year Registered Nurse
- Preferred Bachelor\’s Nursing
- Preferred 1 year Home Care
