We are currently seeking passionate Per Diem or Part Time Speech Therapists (ST) to join our Early Intervention and pediatric team in Delaware.

What You’ll Do

As an Early Intervention ST, you will:

  • Partner with families using a coaching-based interaction style
  • Empower caregivers with tools to support their child’s development
  • Deliver therapy in natural environments — homes, childcare settings, playgrounds, libraries, and more
  • Use electronic documentation for each visit
  • Complete weekly scheduled visits

What We’re Looking For

  • Active Speech Therapist license in good standing
  • Birth-to-Five, and/or Home Care experience preferred
  • Passion for family-centered, community-based care
