BAYADA at BAYhealth is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time opportunity doing home health visit-based nursing care for adult and senior clients throughout Dover, Felton, and Magnolia.
This is not private duty or shift work. As a visit nurse, you\’ll see multiple clients each day in their homes, focusing on clinical excellence and efficient care—while enjoying flexibility and work/life balance.

What you’ll do:

Visit clients in their homes to provide skilled nursing care (medication administration, wound care, treatments, etc.)

Monitor client conditions and report changes to your Clinical Manager

Execute and document care plans based on physician orders

Educate clients and families on health management and safety

Maintain accurate electronic records via tablet-based charting
What we’re looking for:

An active LPN license in Delaware

At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience (home health preferred, not required)

Comfortable working independently and driving to client homes

Strong communication and organizational skills

Reliable transportation
