Your Role as a Home Health LPN
As a BAYADA LPN, you will:
- Follow personalized care plans to meet each patient\’s needs.
- Provide medication administration, wound care, treatments, and patient monitoring.
- Work independently in the field while collaborating with a clinical team.
- Document care using electronic charting.
