Residential Deputy ManagerLocation: MorecambeContract: Full Time, PermanentBase Salary: £33,799.67 per annumPotential Earnings: Up to £40,519.67 per annum with sleep-in shiftsSpecific Hours: 40 hours per weekAbout the RoleWe are looking for a passionate, dynamic and inspirational Residential Deputy Manager to join our established team at Bay View Childcare.Based within one of our welcoming children's homes in the Morecambe area, you will play a key role in supporting young people aged 8-18 who have social, emotional and behavioural needs.
