Bay View Childcare is seeking a Residential Deputy Manager to lead a children's home in the Morecambe area. You will work with up to four young people (ages 8-18) with social, emotional and behavioural needs, guiding staff and ensuring a safe, nurturing environment.
You will support the Registered Manager, deputise when needed, ensure Ofsted compliance and drive positive outcomes for residents and families.
