Bay View Childcare in Heysham is seeking a confident Residential Home Team Leader to support up to four children aged 8-18 with social, emotional and behavioural needs. You will help shape a safe, nurturing and positive home environment and lead by example.
This is a full-time role (40 hours per week) with a base salary of £28,915.33 per year, rising to £35,635.33 with sleep-in shifts. You will manage day-to-day running, rota planning, safeguarding and strive to maintain Good/Outstanding Ofsted
