We are seeking a talented Senior Manager – F&B to join our team, based at our London office with some travel across the UK. If you’re passionate about hospitality, excel in leadership, and thrive on delivering excellence, this role is perfect for you!
Responsibilities
- Driving F&B Sales: Lead the development and execution of strategies to boost sales and delight guests with innovative offerings.
- Upholding Service Excellence: Motivate and train teams to deliver outstanding service, ensuring each guest has a memorable experience.
- Crafting Exceptional Menus: Curate creative menus that not only meet but exceed guest expectations, offering unique and satisfying choices.

- Proficient in POS systems, with a proven ability to troubleshoot and support hotel teams effectively.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering high-quality staff training and development programs.
