The Associate Attorney, Business Immigration, supports the preparation and management of employment-based immigration matters, including O-1, EB-1, EB-2 NIW, L-1, E-2, H-1B, and EB-3 petitions. This includes:
- Drafting recommendation letters, letters of support, forms, compiling case packets, and contributing to case strategy under Partner supervision.
- Collaborating with and providing guidance to Immigration Paralegals and support staff.
- Maintaining communication with clients regarding case progress via email and phone.
- Assisting in developing case strategy with supervising attorneys.
- Drafting supporting documentation including letters, affidavits, and legal arguments.
- Preparing and reviewing immigration forms.
Experience preparing employment-based immigration petitions and strong legal drafting and organizational skills are required.
