We are looking to appoint enthusiastic and self‑motivated Learning Support Assistants (LSA) to join our friendly and supportive team from September 2026.
Qualifying Questions:
- Can you "read the room" and pivot your support based on a student’s emotional or academic needs in the moment?
- Can you make the curriculum accessible and exciting?
- Are you receptive and adaptive?
- Are you able to build rapport with students who may find school challenging?
- Do you have a calm and nurturing presence?
- Do you have a genuine interest in SEND and a desire to support learning?
Whether you are an experienced Primary LSA looking for a fresh challenge or someone with a passion for supporting young learners, we want to hear from you. Visits to the school are welcome.
