We are looking to appoint enthusiastic and self-motivated Learning Support Assistants to join our friendly and supportive team working on our secondary site, supporting students across years 7-11.
The successful candidates will address the needs of students who require specific support in overcoming barriers to their learning; have a keen interest in the care, learning and development of students; have a positive approach to inclusive practice and who are receptive and can adapt to different situations.
You will need to be motivated and able to promote and support the inclusion of all students. You must be passionate about working with children and have an enthusiasm for supporting students with special educational needs.
