Job Description:
Lead, inspire, collaborate and support direct reports to deliver consistently exceptional standards. Build positive, credible and collaborative relationships & communication methods with clients and other key stakeholders in the business. Continuously look to develop your team through mentoring, training, recognition and empowerment. Qualifications:
- Clean driving licence
- Proven experience working as a catering supervisor or chef in a similar role
- Have an obsession for food and creating experiences
- Demonstrated experience managing, training and supporting a team
- Financially astute, analytical and able to create and maintain budgets and drive commercial performance
- Excellent coaching, delegation and influencing skills
- Ability to prioritise multiple projects in a fast‑paced, multi‑faceted, creative environment and thrive under pressure
- Meticulous organisational abilities and high attention to detail
- Empathetic, clear and highly effective verbal and written communication
