We are seeking an experienced and motivated Catering Supervisor to join our contract catering team. This role supports the day-to-day operation of the catering service, ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, customer service, and operational efficiency are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support catering staff during daily service.
  • Ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently delivered.
  • Assist with food preparation, presentation and service.
  • Monitor food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures.
  • Manage stock levels, ordering and inventory control.
  • Support staff training, development and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
  • Assist with cash handling and daily reporting where required.
  • Help achieve financial targets and minimise waste.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience commensurate with role.
  • Passion for food and customer service.
  • Ability to supervise, train and support a team.
