Job Description
Responsibilities
- Cultivate and drive an OBSESSED food culture – work closely with the FOH Manager and Executive Chef to let your creativity flow, uphold a fantastic vibrant offer of food, keep passion injected in your team, and be an ambassador for all the wonderful work we do with various in‑house initiatives.
- Prepare and cook dishes according to the recipes and standards set by the head chef, ensuring food safety standards are adhered to at all times.
- Oversee the production of all dishes assigned to your station and upkeep your designated area with supplies, ensuring cleanliness in line with policies and procedures.
- Maintain high quality standards for all dishes, ensuring presentation and taste are considered at all times.
- Communicate positively and effectively with all other team members and assist/support colleagues where necessary.
- Coach junior chefs to support their development.
- Collaborate with the head chef to develop and taste new recipes, providing suggestions for improvement or innovation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including your designated area, ensuring equipment is in good working order.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working as a Chef De Partie, Sous Chef, Head Chef, Kitchen Manager or similar role.
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
