Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Breakfast Chef to join our team at JCB World Headquarters. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic chef who takes pride in producing high-quality breakfast dishes and maintaining exceptional food standards in a busy professional environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation, cooking, and presentation of all breakfast offerings, ensuring that every dish is delivered consistently to the highest standard. Working closely with the Head Chef, you will play a key role in the daily operation of the kitchen and contribute to creating an outstanding dining experience for our guests and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, and present breakfast items to the highest quality standards.
  • Ensure all food is produced in line with company recipes, specifications, and presentation guidelines.
  • Maintain excellent food quality, consistency, and portion control throughout service.
  • Complete all required due diligence documentation accurately and on time.
  • Ensure allergen information is up to date, clearly communicated, and compliant with current food safety legislation.
  • Follow all food safety, health and hygiene procedures, ensuring a clean and safe working environment at all times.
  • Monitor stock levels and communicate any requirements or shortages to the Head Chef.
  • Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining high standards.
  • Support the wider kitchen team in other sections and operational areas when required.
  • Assist with food preparation and service for other meal periods as needed.
  • Contribute to a positive and professional working environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
  • Ensure all equipment is maintained, cleaned, and used correctly.

  • Report directly to the Head Chef.
  • Maintain regular communication with the Head Chef regarding service, stock levels, menu requirements, food quality, and operational needs.
