Job Description Portico are on the lookout for a Residential Concierge to join our team based at a residential development in Birkenhead. We are looking for candidates who excel with people and for whom, no request is too much. The Concierge will be there to provide a friendly face and a helping hand for the residents. Ultimately, ensuring that the residents’ every need is met! The successful candidate will need to be organised with a proactive approach. They will liaise with building management and security, balancing duties such as a friendly meet and greet, handling post & couriers, and taking ownership for contractors and keys. Hours: 45 hours per week. Shifts from 8am-6pm, Mon-Fri. Salary: £28,431 Qualifications It is desirable for applicants to have a proven track record in delivering outstanding 5-star service within either a customer service or hospitality environment. Experience within a similar role is also desirable. The successful candidate will be a great communicator with excellent multitasking and customer service skills. This is a stand-alone Concierge role. So, the successful candidate must be comfortable to be the sole Portico team member on site, whilst being a part of a larger team within the portfolio.
