Job Description
Following an expansion to our highly successful regional services, we are looking for a Team Leader to join our friendly team. Working alongside the Team Leader for the South, you will be directly responsible for 8 remote team members.
This is an operational role, so in addition to inspiring and motivating your team to deliver exceptional service across the client\’s small regional offices, you will also be responsibility for 4-6 offices yourself.
Hours: 40 Hours a week
Salary: £35,000
Qualifications
Previous experience in a customer service or facilities role essential. Team leading experience desirable.
You will have excellent communication skills and exceptional attention to detail. You will be proactive, flexible and have a can do attitude You must be able to engage with others to create rapport and be able to handle multiple requests simultaneously.
Travel costs are covered for this role.
