Job Description
Portico are on the lookout for a Receptionist based with our team at a law firm in London Bridge.
The role of our Receptionist is to deliver an exceptional welcome to our visitors and clients at this lovely site in a spectacular location with panoramic views of London and the City.
Working with another Receptionist and a Supervisor, the role consists of a mix of meet and greet, switchboard, as well as booking and managing meeting rooms.
Shift pattern: 40 hours a week, 8 hour shifts between 7:30am-6pm
Salary: £29,539
Qualifications
We are looking for a friendly person with a passion for service and great attention to detail. They must be willing to go above and beyond to create exceptional experience for our clients. The ideal candidate must be flexible, and they will be the go-to person for anything for the client and visitors.
Customer service experience is essential, preferably within a high-end environment.
Experience with Audio Visual services is desirable.
