Reception Team Leader

We are on the lookout for a Reception Team Leader (Concierge Team Leader) for a brand-new contract for Portico, overseeing our small team based with a neobanking firm operating in a multi-tenanted building in Canary Wharf. Assisted by a Concierge team member, the successful Concierge Team Leader will oversee the front desk operation, looking after meeting rooms and visitors, assist the senior team with business travel needs, whilst maintaining a vigilant approach to the security of the floor.

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday with rotating shifts between 8am-9pm

Salary: £31,000

Qualifications: You will need to be friendly with a passion for providing excellent service, great attention to detail and looking for an opportunity to expand your knowledge and experience. Supervisory experience within customer service is essential, preferably within a corporate setting or similar role. It is also essential to have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with colleagues and clients at all levels. Experience in security is a huge bonus.
