Job Description
Portico have begun the search for a Reception and Hospitality Team Leader (Operations Host Team Leader) to oversee our small team based at a Law Firm within close proximity to Chancery Lane station.
The friendly welcome from our reception and hospitality operations team establishes the first impressions guests and visitors have of our clientβs business, along with the service they receive whilst in the office. So, the remit of this varied Operations Host Team Leader position will include overseeing the reception, meeting room setup, and IT troubleshooting services on site, as well as having a huge impact on the success of the onsite hospitality and catering services.
The Operations Host Team Leader will have full management to a team of 2 Operations Hosts. They will oversee the service in all areas, ensuring that the team are motivated to deliver a consistently great service, encouraging their development and ensure that they have a productive and friendly working environment.
It is also extremely important that the successful candidate can communicate effectively with people at all levels, building strong working relationships with their colleagues, clients and other service partners.
Hours: 40 hours per week, shifts between 7am and 7pm with some Overtime on occasion to cover on site events.
Salary: Β£32,616
Qualifications
It is essential that the successful Operations Host Team Leader has previous experience of customer services, preferably within a high end corporate or hotel environment at a supervisory level.
They will be outgoing and friendly with a passion for customer services. They will also maintain a professional appearance and possess the ability to communicate clearly face to face and over the telephone.

The successful candidate should be comfortable with manual handling, as the role will involve moving furniture and partitions around in the setup of the rooms for all styles.
