The predicted salary is between 30 - 30 € per hour.

We are looking for Bar & Back of House Support team members. This role will be a front of house position, supporting with the preparation of hot and cold drinks, keeping coffee stations clean and clear, making toast, and supporting the front of house team with any ad hoc duties to ensure service is smooth for our guests.

Location: Oxford

Salary: £15.47 p/h - 20hr contract with regular overtime

Key Responsibilities:

  • To ensure all working areas are clean and tidy
  • Provide a friendly, efficient and hygienic service to all customers
  • To be flexible to work in all areas of front of house
  • To support the front of house team with any tasks they require
  • To ensure all areas are stocked for service - coffee, milk and other refreshments
  • To learn how to make all hot and cold drinks
  • To receive, count, inspect and store goods and/or equipment and dispensing or disposing them to/from departments as and when required
  • Report immediately any incidents or accidents, fire, theft, loss, damage, unfit food, or other irregularities and take such action as may be appropriate
  • Report any broken equipment to the Managers on shift

Qualifications:

  • Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Previous experience commensurate with role
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
