Reports to: General Manager & Cookery school chef tutor
Daily Tasks List:
- Reconciliation of previous day’s revenues & takings and entry into day-books software
- Safe float check
- Entry of purchase invoices into day-books software including approval of digital invoices
- Raising of sales invoices (deposits, final spends) on day-books software
- Input data onto Daily Tracker spreadsheet and distribute to management team
- Petty Cash analysis and reconciliation
- Cookery classes organisation through booking software
- Event organisations
Weekly Tasks:
- Close week on day-books software
- Debt analysis and report
- Chasing customer debt
- Future business analysis and sense check
- Weekly paperwork submission to senior management
- Customer deposit reconciliation
- Vouchers and discounts reconciliations
- Company Credit Card reconciliation
Qualifications:
- Strong Excel skills
- Previous experience in hospitality industry preferred but not necessarily.
- Ability to work independently
