Location: Deeside

Salary: £13.45 an hour

Schedule: 12 hours weekly over 3 days (no weekends). Additional hours to cover holidays/sickness.

We are looking for a Food Service Assistant who offers passion for hospitality, teamwork, and service excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Service – serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly and professional manner. Ensure guests' needs and requests are efficiently and effectively addressed.
  • Customer Service – provide excellent service by being attentive to guests' needs at every point on their customer journey. Answer questions and address concerns in a friendly manner.
  • Teamwork – collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth flow of operations and contribute to an inclusive and safe working environment.
  • Adherence to Regulations – comply with health and safety regulations, and any specific food service or catering guidelines on location.
  • Cleanliness – maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in kitchen and dining areas.

Qualifications:

  • Have a contagious passion for food and/or customer service.
  • Enjoy working within a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
  • Ability to adapt to challenges and opportunities with a solution‑oriented perspective.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, especially in the food service industry, is often a plus.
  • Some knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
