Salary: £14.80 per hour

Hours: 40 hours, Monday-Friday only

Job Description:

  • Delight customers by greeting them in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Efficiently prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks using correct methods and equipment to our standards.
  • Share the menu story, provide recommendations, and be aware of allergen procedures.
  • Maintain pride in your workspace, keeping the coffee bar and surrounding areas clean and organized per cleaning schedules, company, and COSHH standards.
  • Follow all health, safety, and food safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Monitor stock levels and restock supplies as needed.
  • Use till systems for taking payments and customer orders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints.
  • Assist the team on other tasks as needed.
