Searcys @ St Pancras Brasserie is looking to appoint an Assistant General Manager for this location. It will be paramount you know how to deliver exquisite style, finesse, and have a passion for champagne. The venue will comprise of a stunning seafood bar and brasserie style dining, ideal for a quick glass of champagne whilst shopping, or a destination dining space for an elegant dinner.
The successful Assistant General Manager will help build the team and work closely with the General Manager and the L&D team to ensure the service and standards are the highest of quality. Located within the iconic St Pancras International Station, St Pancras Brasserie by Searcys is home to the longest Champagne bar in Europe and offers the ideal escape to sit back and soak up the charm of the magnificent station.

As an Assistant General Manager your key responsibilities will be:
- To provide an excellent food & beverage service and offer, always ensuring all operations are managed in the most effective way.
- To lead in the everyday operation.
- Working closely with Sales and Reservations to grow private hire, private dining, and table reservations for the venue.
- To hire, train and retain the staff, offering a supportive and positive working environment for all the team.
- To manage and monitor P&L, with monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews with the Ops Team.
- To measure and positively impact guest reviews on all platforms and become a venue of choice.
- To create an amazing team culture.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience in people management
- Excellent product knowledge (food/beverage)
- Excellent communication skills
- Takes the initiative
- Excellent time management
- Strong presentation skills
- Excellent customer care skills
