This role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring the successful execution of all WSH services including retail, hospitality, welcome services and events. The Account Director will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and culinary, to meet and exceed client expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Lead and mentor a team of professionals and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities.
- Oversee the planning and execution of all services ensuring they meet or exceed client expectations.
- Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to ensure development of innovative menu concepts and service solutions.
- Manage budgets, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations to achieve financial targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry and inform strategic decisions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.

- Excellent execution of report writing and financial management.
