We currently have an opportunity for an experienced General Assistant with a background in food catering service to join our business and work at one of our highly prestigious sites based in Sutton.
Job Description
As a General Assistant you will:
- Assist in the preparation and serving of breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner according to established menus and recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness of the front of house areas including organising dishes and utensils.
- Follow proper food handling and storage procedures to ensure food safety and prevent contamination.
- Monitor inventory levels of food and supplies and notify management of any shortages or discrepancies.
- Provide friendly and efficient service to staff and guests during shift, addressing any concerns or special dietary needs.
- Participate in training sessions and meetings related to food service procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards.

Qualifications:
- Ideally have experience working in hospitality / food service
- Have good Health & Safety knowledge.
- Flexible with a can-do attitude, customer focused.
- Fun and enthusiastic
- Have excellent organization skills as will be working alone predominately
- Demonstrate great attention to detail.
- Be a team player and enjoy succeeding as a team.
- Possess great customer service skills.
