BaxterStorey is looking for an open‑minded individual with flexibility to look after tea and coffee points, work in a coffee shop as a barista, and support the restaurant when needed. The role requires heavy lifting of goods and delivering milk to tea and coffee points.
Location: Kingswood, Surrey, KT20 6RP
Contract: Full time, 40 hours per week (Monday‑Friday; flexibility required, occasional early start at 6am)
Salary: £13.90 per hour

Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Full ownership of tea & coffee points.
- Serve meals, snacks & drinks and take payments at the coffee shop and restaurant.
- Clean all equipment, crockery & cutlery as required.
- Support and provide service in serveries, retail, hospitality, functions, coffee shops.
- Ensure food is handled according to the Food Safety & Quality Management System.
- Comply with relevant H&S legislation and Codes of Practice.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training (including paid travel).
- Ensure deliveries are stored in the correct areas of the site.
Ideal Candidate:
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- A flexible approach to working hours (occasionally starting at 5am or 6am).
- Supportive of colleagues.
- Keen to learn on the job.
- Hold Food Safety Level 2 (or be able to achieve on appointment).

- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service techniques.

- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry a trolley.
- Flexibility to work various shifts.
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service is an advantage.
