Job Description:
- High profile Fine Dining, Canape/Drink Receptions
- Greeting guests in a professional and enthusiastic manner
- Setting up meeting rooms, tea and coffee stations
- Ensuring hospitality rooms are left clean and tidy
- Buffet dinners/lunches
- Working on functions, high profile events
- Able to use coffee machine and help the café when needed
Qualifications:
- Fine dining and events service experience
- Friendly, outgoing personality; a people person
- Availability for overtime as required by the business
- Great work ethic and an even greater smile
- Good listening & verbal communication skills
- Customer focused with a passion for offering outstanding service
- Ability to thrive working within a collaborative and inclusive team environment
- Good memory and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to challenges and opportunities with a solution-oriented perspective
- Previous experience in a similar role, especially in the hospitality food service industry
