Job Description
OurHospitality Assistant is paramount to ensuring our guests feel welcomed and valued by providing high-quality service, addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly. Maintaining standards, upholding health and safety regulations, and contributing effectively to the team through knowledge and experience in event operations.
– Assist in working as One Team, projecting a willing and helpful attitude to colleagues and clients – maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.
– Assist any other reasonable requests from Management or colleagues.
– Cross skilling in all areas of the business such as Reception Services and operational duties.
– Oversee Hospitality and Retail services including MOD Bar, Smart fridges and events.
– To oversee and complete the set-up, collection, presentation and break down of the hospitality service and offer within the Hospitality department – ensuring time constraints and quality are met to the highest of standards for our clients.
– Ensure clients are given a prompt and efficient service and expectations are consistently exceeded, providing an excellent client service.
– To co-operate with all team members and undertake duties in the Hospitality department as required.
– Ensure all Health & Safety and Food Safety policies, procedures, and protocols are adhered to.
– Ensure due diligence and all accidents are reported to Management.
– Adhere to any rotas/schedules laid down by Management.
Qualifications
-Experience in Hospitality Supervisor position
– Problem-solving skills
– Flexibility
Desirable: Level 2 in Food Safety and Hygiene Skills:
