Job Description
As a General Assistant you will:
- Assist in the preparation and serving of breakfast, lunch, snacks
- Maintain cleanliness of the front of house areas including organising dishes and utensils
- Follow proper food handling and storage procedures to ensure food safety and prevent contamination
- Monitor inventory levels of food and supplies and notify management of any shortages or discrepancies
- Provide friendly and efficient service to customers, addressing any concerns or special dietary needs
- Participate in training sessions and meetings related to food service procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards
