We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Head of Beverages to join us and take the lead in revolutionizing the logistics and selling of all beverages across our prestigious client’s portfolio. Job Description
- To be seen as the figurehead and the “go to” expert for coffee and beverage operation and training
- To mobilise and implement the beverage strategy collaboratively with Beverage Academy, Extract Coffee Roasters and Heads of Food
- To work collaboratively with the Beverage Academy team and Extract Coffee roasters in all aspects of operation, training delivery, drink development and workshops.
- To embody core values of BaxterStorey and represent the Obsessed values to our team members, partners, clients and suppliers.
- To motivate and lead by example ensuring you and the barista team have fun at work and are proud of your efforts.
- Occasional nationwide travel will be required
Qualifications
- SCA certification (desirable but not essential)
- General coffee and beverage industry knowledge
- Good understanding of coffee bar equipment, workflow and customer experience
- Good understanding of drinks development and seasonal activation
- Passion for beverage and a desire to share that passion with others.
- You thrive on getting the best out of people and maximizing commercial opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
