Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Lounge Host to join our team in Glasgow, United Kingdom. As a Lounge Host, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience in our exclusive lounge facilities.
- Welcome and greet guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere
- Provide exceptional customer service, anticipating and fulfilling guest needs
- Serve food and beverages, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Keep the lounge area clean, tidy, and well-stocked at all times
- Process guest requests and resolve any issues promptly and efficiently
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food and beverage service
- Monitor and replenish buffet items as needed
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Strong customer service orientation and a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food and beverage service practices
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food hygiene certificate is desirable
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- A smart and well-groomed appearance
