Responsibilities
- Food preparation, stock rotation and food labelling
- General cleaning duties
- Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are maintained at all times
- Contribute to the development and planning of new products, menus, and promotions to enhance customer experience
- Carry out the smooth and efficient running of your section as appropriate
Qualifications/Experience
The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Chef de Partie/Commis Chef within a fast-paced, high volume kitchen. Willingness to learn and be trained.
