We are looking to recruit a General Kitchen Assistant to join our small team. The job would include:
- Washing up
- Putting orders away
- General food preparation (salad bar, deli bar)
- Making home bakes to sell in our restaurant
- Serving customers
- Operating a touch screen till
- Any other tasks as required by the Chef manager
The applicant would need to follow food safety protocols and ensure the highest standards of hygiene are met. Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen. Have the ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment during service time.
30 hrs per week Monday to Friday 8.30am - 3.00pm to include 30 mins break. (No Weekends, Bank Holidays or Evenings)
Qualifications: A level 1 qualification in food preparation would be advantageous but not essential as all training would be given.
