We are a small team of 6 people based by Monument Station, providing hospitality services to meeting rooms, looking after coffee machines/tea points/vending machines around the office, and organising small events. Our operating hours are from 7am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. We are looking for an active, energetic person who can work primarily between 9am‑6pm and support the team as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional hospitality service in a collaborative, harmonious team environment.
- Maintain and monitor coffee, tea, and vending points to ensure they are fully stocked and operational.
- Organise and support small office events and meetings.
- Respond promptly to service requests and resolve issues to customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer‑service orientation with a positive, upbeat attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
- High energy levels and willingness to support staff throughout the day.
