Job Description
Are you ready to dive into the exciting world of kitchen wizardry? Join our team as a General Assistant and become the unsung hero of our culinary adventures! Here\’s what you\’ll be up to:
- Kitchen Ninja: Transform into a stealthy cleaner, swooping in to sanitise surfaces, conquer countertops, and involved in food prep.
- Sous Chef\’s Secret Weapon: Lend your chopping skills to our culinary geniuses! Peel, slice, and dice your way to food prep fame as you assist our chefs in creating culinary masterpieces.
- Treasure Hunter: Embark on quests to receive, store, and organise our precious kitchen supplies and ingredients. Your organisational skills will be legendary!
- Health and Safety Superhero: Don your invisible cape and ensure our kitchen remains a bastion of cleanliness and order. Keep our equipment in tip-top shape, ready for the next culinary battle!
Qualifications
- No formal education is required, but a high school diploma or equivalent may be preferred
- Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
- Good attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions
- Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and sanitation practices is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
