Job Description

We are seeking a Development Chef to join our team. The role focuses on maintaining high food quality, developing innovative and fresh ideas, and exceeding customer expectations. You will collaborate with the operations team to compile and develop recipes suited to client and company needs, and work with local on-site teams in coaching and training capacities, ensuring alignment with purchasing and pricing guidelines. The role also involves supporting new business initiatives and client retention in the area.

Ideal candidates will have proven experience as a Development Chef, preferably within the education sector, with a track record of successful development in this area. Excellent presentation, planning, and time management skills are essential, along with sector knowledge and awareness. A full UK driving license and access to a car are required, and the ability to cook is necessary.
