Job Description
We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Team Member to join our team at the Redcoat Café in the stunning Edinburgh Castle.
About the Team Member role:
- Taking orders and serving food and drinks, in one of Scotland's most beautiful venues.
- Ensuring the customers experience is maintained at all times to the highest standard.
- Ensuring that food safety standards are followed at all times.
Qualifications
Prior experience in customer service/ hospitality is preferred, but isn’t essential, as full training will be provided. However, a smile, dedication to exceeding customer expectations, and being a great team player are essential.
