Join our team as a General Assistant / Barista at IAG Cargo (Heathrow Airport, United Kingdom). We’re looking for a friendly, customer‑focused individual to create exceptional experiences for our guests while crafting delicious beverages, providing top‑notch service, and supporting daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages to customer specifications.
- Operate and maintain café equipment.
- Take customer orders and process transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Restock supplies and assist with inventory management.
- Contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere for all customers.

Qualifications:
