Find out more about us at Job Description We are looking for a Commis Chef to join the team at Victoria & Albert Museum Ours cafes and restaurant at V&A has a mix of brasserie style food, freshly, made sandwiches, wraps, and salads. About the Commis chef role: Experience in a fast-paced environment Professional culinary education Flexibility, reliability, and adaptability Oral and written fluency in English Confidence in multitasking in a fast-paced, high-expectations environment Passion for food and great attention to detail Creativity The site is opened 7 days a week, daytime only (no evenings!), and we require you to be available full time, 5 days a week with 2 days off. The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Commis Chef within a fast-paced, high volume kitchen.
