Job Description
- Ensure that clientsare given anefficient and enjoyable customer experienceand that their service and value expectations are consistently exceeded.
- To deliver an exceptional and premium hospitality experience for TrinityBridge clients, guests and employees, ensuringconsistently high standards across all aspects of the client and guest journey.
- Manage the free issue programme, including the procurement, distribution and control of all free issue items provided byTrinityBridge for its employees, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and service standards.
- Drive excellence and consistency across client welcome, beverage services, hospitality delivery, meeting room catering andworkplace experiences, while supporting the wider TrinityBridge business with larger-scale events, client entertaining andspecial initiatives.
- Support the planning and delivery of events, client entertaining and wider business hospitality requirements.
- Be passionateabout the client experience and hosting, as wellbeing aware of new concepts and ideas in the industry and on the high street that may enhance the current offer
- Promote consistency, professionalism and attention to detail across all hospitality operations.
Qualifications
- Have experienceata team leader, supervisor or as a manager within a hospitality environment
- Experience in creating a thriving and successful working environment
- Possess excellent supervisory and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure &exceptional customer service skilland attention to detail
- Financially and commercially astute
- Excellent organisational skills
- Possess cultural awareness and sensitivity
